The Advantageous Features of Alloy GH3030 Plate:


GH3030 is a solid solution strengthened nickel-based high temperature alloy with the following characteristics:

Stable organization, small aging tendency.
Good oxidation resistance, suitable for high temperature environment.
Good machinability and weldability, easy to manufacture and use.
The main components are nickel (Ni) and chromium (Cr), these elements give the material excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature performance.
It also contains molybdenum (Mo), which improves the strength and hardness of the material and enhances corrosion resistance.
It has satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800℃.
High resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in halide media and acidic environments containing hydrogen sulfide, and effective resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion.

In the aerospace field, GH3030 material is commonly used to manufacture high-temperature engine parts, combustion chambers, turbine blades, and so on. In the chemical industry, it is commonly used in the manufacture of corrosion-resistant equipment, reactors, heat exchangers and so on. In the energy field, GH3030 materials are commonly used in the manufacture of nuclear power equipment, petrochemical equipment.
